St. John's is the second largest medical center in the St. Louis area and provides a wide range of services. St. John's recently received an award  for patient satisfaction. Many of the outstanding physicians who contributed to  Reality Check have privileges at St. John's. The website can offer an overview of all services as well as listings for all physicians on staff in a number of specialties. St. John's also offers many classes and informational seminars on a variety of topics at no charge to the participants.

The Missouri Bar Association  website shares many interesting facts about your rights as a citizen.  When determining what medical care you receive, it is important that you provide information about your wishes should you become unable to speak for yourself.  The Missouri Bar Association has free forms to download for a Medical Directive and Medical Power of Attorney, along with detailed instructions on how to complete the forms. If these directives are not in place at this time, please consider obtaining  forms from the website or seeking the advice of your personal attorney, complete them, and  then share your decisions with your family members, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
